Return Policy & Refund Policy

At LDG Cosmetics, we take pride in delivering high?quality products and exceptional service. Because of the nature of our beauty and personal?care items, we do not accept returns on used products. However, we will always make it right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all used or opened products are final sale. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Products that have been opened, tested, or used

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products showing signs of wear or tampering

We cannot resell or restock these items, so they are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we require:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

Once verified, we will issue either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Shipping Issues

We will assist with:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Lost packages (after carrier investigation)

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, we may ask you to:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Verify the shipping address

  • Wait 24–48 hours for carrier updates

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

  • Lost shipments confirmed by the carrier

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

How to Start a Claim

Email us at support@ldgcosmetics.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Required photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
